je suis très satisfaite. Hotel très bien tenu, le personnel est à la fois très professionnel et très disponible toujours prêt à nous donner satisfaction. La cuisine est de bonne qualité et j'ai apprécié au petit déjeuner et le soir le "grill" extérieur. j'ai également apprécié le SPA.

Service réception et en salle très attentionné Restauration en buffet variée et de qualité Chambre deluxe très spacieuse

Pas juste en bord de mer même si très bien situé Rapidité du service à table en terrasse le midi et au bar le soir à améliorer

Our room was a spacious room, very clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was a long walk from the restaurants but just a short cab ride away. We preferred the quiet location and it was only about 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. The standard rooms are very reasonably priced and extremely good value for money. When we left the hotel, in our rush we left a couple of valuable items behind which the staff were kind enough to put aside for us until we returned two days later.

Having spent 4 days at Timoulay, we were in Marrakesh for a couple of nights and returned to Timoulay for our final night. For our last night I booked a more expensive room - we found that it was very dusty and later in the eve found that the air con was not working. They cleaned the room but were unable to get air con working. The evenings were chilly and it was cold in the room. We asked to be moved to another room. This was our last evening in Morocco and the problems with the room did spoil the evening somewhat. At checking out the following day the gentleman at reception tried to charge us for the original (for delux room) even though we had been moved into a standard. The reception stated that we had requested to be moved and therefore would still have to pay for a delux room. I argued that it was unacceptable to be charged when there had been problems with the room and in the end was charged for a standard room not a delux room. In all honesty the hotel should have offered a further discount for the inconvenience. I did not feel that I should have had to argue the point. Having said that in the end receptionist did apologise, we had really enjoyed our prior 4 days at hotel and would stay again.
